Update your card, see invoices, or cancel. No phone call, no retention script. We email a secure link to the address you signed up with.

What happens when you cancel

• You won't be charged again.
• Riley keeps answering until the end of the month you've paid for. Then her number is switched off and released.
• You can undo the cancellation any time before that date, from the same link.

Unlink your business line (turn off forwarding)

Your business number was always yours; Riley only answers calls your phone forwards to her. To stop that, dial your carrier's code from your business phone and press call:

Other carrier, or set it up in your phone's settings? Turn off “Call forwarding” there, or ask your carrier. Do this before Riley's last day, so missed calls go back to your own voicemail instead of a number that no longer answers.
